Very fresh paccheri in a tray, made with durum wheat semolina. Large tubes for seafood sauces and ragù.
Very fresh pasta from Campania, made with durum wheat semolina, in a tray. The name comes from the Neapolitan word paccarià, a "slap".
These are short, very wide, thick-walled tubes. The cavity takes a good amount of sauce.
Serve them with squid, shellfish or swordfish, with a meat ragù, or stuffed with ricotta and baked au gratin.
