Bank card
Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, CB…) are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified provider, the highest security standard in the card payment industry. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe over an encrypted connection; they never pass through our servers and we never store them. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (3-D Secure). The amount is charged when the order is confirmed.
Bank transfer
Our bank details are shown at the end of checkout and in the confirmation e-mail. The order is prepared as soon as the transfer is received.
Businesses: end-of-month payment
Verified business customers may, once approved, pay for their orders at the end of the month by SEPA direct debit, within a credit limit. The SEPA mandate is signed online, on Stripe, with the first order; you receive an e-mail notice before each debit. No bank card is required for this payment method.
Security deposit (businesses)
To open or raise a credit limit, a security deposit may be requested:
- it equals half of the monthly purchase limit granted and is paid by bank transfer;
- it is not an advance on orders and bears no interest;
- if an invoice remains unpaid 8 days after formal notice, we may deduct the amount due from it and suspend end-of-month payment;
- it is returned within 30 days of the business account being closed, once all invoices are paid.
Full details are in our terms and conditions of sale.
