Since arriving in Paris in 1992, Luigi has championed Italian taste, gastronomy and regional specialties, always seeking excellence in every product that celebrates Italian cuisine.
Together with his son Maxime, he visits Parisian restaurants and gastronomic venues as ambassadors of Italian know-how.
From antipasto to coffee, we gladly and enthusiastically meet producers and artisans who create authentic works of art, each in their own field.
This allows us to build a network of exceptional artisans and trusted clients. With great agility and flexibility, we help our chefs source products through these networks.
What's new is that each product is made expressly for our client, and the order is delivered in good time for the enjoyment of diners at our client and partner restaurants.
Our local networks span the Italian territory, from the Alps to the Apennines and the islands. We then build strong ties with our clients, with a philosophy that rejects standardisation and values the product/producer pairing, making every tasting a unique moment.
In this spirit, our client becomes our best ambassador. Our vision is that the local network is the keystone to supporting biodiversity upstream in the territories, and that ultimately the difference is fully savoured thanks to French artisans who celebrate this diversity on the plate.
