We are a company with a passion for Italian food and an in-depth knowledge of Italy and its regions. For more than 30 years, our founders have been sharing Italian gastronomy, from coffee to dessert.
The company was founded by Luigi and Paulette Orlando in 2007. This legendary Montmartre couple had already run a coffee business since 1994, and a company in Italy since 2005. In 2007, Luigi decided to leave his mark on the neighbourhood that had been his home since he arrived in France in 1992: the couple took over a restaurant in the Ramey district, the Trattoria Pulcinella, which became a local institution for twenty years.
Today their son Maxime has joined the family business, bringing technology and tradition together. Digital tools let a region become a link and a gateway to age-old know-how, so that we can eat thoughtfully. Let's eat only good things!
