Dried pasta from Campania. "Straw and hay" combines yellow ribbons and green ribbons coloured with spinach, about 6 to 7 mm wide.

The green pasta adds a light vegetal note.

Serve them with cream, ham and peas, a mushroom sauce or a white ragù, without tomato, which lets both colours show.
