Dried pasta from Campania, from the coloured range. The shape is that of orecchiette, a small cup thinner in the centre than at the rim, smooth inside and rough outside.

The pasta holds its shape well and has an elastic texture.

To show off the colours, serve them with olive oil and parmesan, a light ricotta or burrata sauce, or peas and broccoli.
