Description

The same base as the classic version, tuna and sea bream simmered in tomato with celery, onion, carrot and extra virgin olive oil, with chilli added. Prepared in Campania.

The chilli gives a clean heat without masking the fish.

Heated for a few minutes, the sauce coats short pasta or linguine. Finish with fresh parsley.
