Dried pasta from Campania, from the coloured range. Zucchette have pronounced ribs and an opening on top, like a small dome.

The hollow acts as a spoon and holds peas, diced pancetta or pieces of mushroom.

Serve them with a pumpkin and sage cream, a mushroom sauce, or baked au gratin.
