La Ruota dell’Amicizia

Dried pasta from Campania in a single portion, shaped like a wheel. The spokes hold the filling in place and the piece is served whole. The box holds four pieces.

Cook for 9 minutes in plenty of salted water, 10 g of salt per litre, stirring from time to time. Drain, cool in cold water and lay on a clean cloth.

Fill, then if needed bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C, covered with baking paper.
