Dried pasta from Campania, made with durum wheat semolina. The screw shape of fusilli is reproduced three to four times larger.

The wide coils hold whole pieces, not just the sauce. The thick pasta needs careful cooking to stay al dente.

Serve them with grilled vegetables, diced meat or olives, baked under cheese, or cold in a salad.
