The dough is made with buffalo cream and milk from the Cilento. The filling is a mandarin cream, made with mandarins from the Lattari mountains.

The crumb is soft and open. The buffalo milk gives it sweetness, the mandarin its aroma.

Serve it slightly warmed to bring out the mandarin aroma, with a sweet wine or a tea.
