An olive oil produced by a family farm in Sicily, under certified organic cultivation. It blends four olive varieties, Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla, Coratina and Carolea.

The blend gives a direct flavour and an intense aroma.

Use it raw, on grilled vegetables, a salad, fish or a bruschetta, where its character comes through best.
