Little tunny, the small tuna of the Mediterranean, has meat whose colour and flavour are close to those of bluefin tuna. Prepared in Campania.

It is enjoyed on bread croutons, in a salad, on its own or with vegetables.

It works just as well in a vegetable stuffing or a tomato sauce for pasta.
