Storage
Store at room temperature away from heat and light; once opened, refrigerate and consume within 20 days

The recipe follows that of the salsa tartufata, button mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, parsley and garlic, with twice as much summer truffle (Tuber aestivum), cut into slices. Made in Tuscany.

The slices are visible on the plate and add bite.

It is served on pasta, a risotto, eggs or a hot open sandwich.
