The salted butter is flavoured with black truffle (Tuber melanosporum) and a small amount of musky truffle. Made in Tuscany.

It is used for the mantecatura, off the heat, to bind a risotto, fresh pasta or gnocchi. A knob on white meat or a hot bruschetta is also enough.

Its aroma is intense, so use it sparingly.
