Made in Tuscany, with no preservatives. It is a spreadable processed cheese seasoned with pepper.

For pasta, loosen it off the heat with a little hot cooking water until you have a smooth sauce. It also works as a sauce base for gnocchi or spread on bread as an aperitivo snack.
