Very fresh pasta from Campania, made with durum wheat semolina, in a tray. The tubes are wide, short and smooth, between rigatoni and paccheri.

The pasta holds up well in cooking and the wide opening lets the sauce in.

The basic dish combines squid, cherry tomatoes, garlic, parsley and a little chilli. It also goes with white fish and swordfish.
