At room temperature, in a dry place away from heat; once opened, reseal the bag tightly

The glaze is made from a fine dark chocolate, worked in-house from cocoa sourced from Madagascar, Côte d'Ivoire, Ecuador and the Dominican Republic.

The bitterness of the dark chocolate balances the sweetness of the leavened dough.

Serve it in slices with a coffee, a sweet red wine or a custard sauce.
