The fillets are selected, trimmed by hand following artisan tradition and then jarred in a sauce spiced with chilli. Prepared in Campania.

The heat lets the tuna flavour come through. The fillets are served on a bruschetta, in a chickpea salad or with pasta and cherry tomatoes.

The sauce from the jar can dress the dish.
