It is made in Tuscany, with no added preservatives, and drained in conical baskets.

The flavour is sweet and the texture soft. In the kitchen it fills ravioli and cannelloni, can be whipped into a cream for desserts or served with honey. The large vacuum bag is designed for preparations and fillings in quantity.
