Description

Crushed green olives and black olives are prepared together with garlic, oregano, chilli, sunflower oil and wine vinegar, in the Sicilian country style.

The two colours look attractive in an aperitif bowl. The mix can also be served on an antipasti platter or chopped into a pasta sauce.
