The whole black olives are prepared with garlic, oregano, chilli, sunflower oil and wine vinegar, in the Sicilian country style.
Serve them with aperitifs or on an antipasti platter. In the kitchen, they go into a tomato sauce, an orange salad or a baked fish dish.
