Whole-bean coffee produced using traditional Italian artisan roasting, slow and precise. The blend is designed for espresso.

In the cup, it gives a smooth crema and a long aromatic finish.

Grind the beans just before extraction to keep the aromas. In a restaurant, it is served at the end of an Italian meal, as a ristretto or a lungo.
