They come from the loins, the main cuts of the tuna, and are packed into the jar by hand to keep the qualities of the fish. Prepared in Campania.

The meat is firm under the fork and melting in the mouth. The organic extra virgin olive oil accompanies it without masking it.

Serve on a salad, grilled vegetables or cold pasta, or as a whole fillet on toasted bread.
