The extra virgin olive oil is scented with a truffle flavouring, and each bottle contains a slice of summer truffle (Tuber aestivum). Made in Tuscany.

Its strong aroma holds up on meat, potatoes, eggs and bruschette. It is added raw, just before serving.

The large can is for the kitchen, the bottles for the dining room.
