Storage: Store at room temperature away from heat and light; once opened, refrigerate and consume within 20 days

Description

Sun-dried tomatoes make up 60 % of the recipe, with extra virgin olive oil, capers, vinegar, onion, carrot and 5 % summer truffle (Tuber aestivum). Made in Tuscany.

The flavour is bright and savoury, with a truffle finish.

It is spread on a bruschetta, fills a burger or a panino, or is stirred into pasta with a little oil.
