Storage
Store at room temperature away from heat and light; once opened, refrigerate and consume within 20 days

Button mushrooms are blended with 5 % summer truffle (Tuber aestivum), extra virgin olive oil, parsley and garlic. Made in Tuscany.

Its velvety texture spreads easily. Warm, it brings out its aroma better and makes a quick sauce for fresh pasta, a risotto or meat.

Once opened, cover the surface with a drizzle of olive oil before putting the jar back in the fridge.
