Description

Sicilian almonds make up 40 % of the recipe, with sugar, vegetable fats, skimmed milk and cocoa butter.

The flavour is sweet, with a hint of vanilla. Serve it on bread, or use it to fill croissants, biscuits and tarts. The 1 kg and 5 kg tubs are intended for pastry work.
