Description

The cream contains 40 % pistachio, part of it Sicilian, with sugar, vegetable fats, skimmed milk and cocoa butter.

The texture is smooth and the pistachio flavour pronounced. Serve it on toast or crêpes, or use it to fill croissants, cannoli, tarts and cakes. The 1 kg and 5 kg tubs are intended for pastry work.
